3in1 Extruder Upgrade - Universal
This is a bolt-on replacement extruder feeder upgrade made from billet Aluminum and PEEK engineering polymer for the following 3D Printers:

Makerbot Replicator 1
Makerbot Replicator 2
Makerbot Replicator 2X

Wanhao Duplicator 4/4X/4S/I3
FlashForge Creator
MagicFirm Mbot3D
CTC Bizer Series
Monprice Maker Select PIII

It is designed and manufactured for long life and durability under extreme temperature (PEEK performs well up to 480*F so it will continue to work if you choose to print ABS/Nylon which requires higher temperature)

Below, you can customize the solution you wish for your printer by selecting modules.  If you wish, your kit can include all the parts required to replace your existing extruder feed mechanism including the tool for adjusting spring tension.

Each unit will be pre-assembled and test fit onto a NEMA-17 stepper motor for quality control (only if you buy all the components for a complete kit).  Each kit weighs 75g per extruder and is shipped out in a bubble mailer envelope by Small Packet Air mail to keep cost minimal.  Once the buyer pays by Paypal, the kit will ship out the next day (If there are units available in stock).

Module Selection / Information
Select which modules you want.  If you want complete replacements in Aluminum / PEEK, select the components as appropriate for your printer.

Replicator 1 = 1 right extruder module + 1 left extruder module + 2 hardware modules.
Replicator 2 = 1 right extruder module + 1 hardware module.
Replicator 2X = 1 right extruder module + 1 left extruder module + 2 hardware modules.
Duplicator 4 / 4X / 4S = 1 right extruder module + 1 left extruder module + 2 hardware modules.
Duplicator I3 / Monoprice Maker Select PIII = 1 right extruder module + 1 hardware module.

1 full kit fits inside an 8" x 5" shipping envelope.  If you order more than 1 kit, they will be divided up into the minimum number of kit shipments.

If you want to try before you buy, it is possible to only order hardware modules for use with printable versions of the extruder module.  Be warned that the printed surfaces are not as smooth and therefore do not slide as freely.  Also, the printable parts may vary depending on the capabilities / personality of your printer.  Later you can come back and upgrade to the Aluminum / PEEK parts by buying just the extruder modules and transferring your hardware.
